Like any software product, the sociomatrix service may contain errors.

To help us improve the service, you can report any errors or problems you encounter here.

If possible, please include screenshots in the description, and try to describe all the steps that led to the problem or error.

Hello!

The SocioMatrix.Online service was originally created as a small project for personal use — a tool designed to simplify and speed up the processing of sociometric research results.

Initially, we implemented only the basic functionality, focusing primarily on school psychologists and other professionals who needed a simple and convenient tool for processing sociometric studies.

Later, we decided to make the service available to everyone: we moved it online, opened it for public use, and gradually began expanding its functionality.

Over the years, we have received many useful ideas and suggestions from our users. Some of them have already been implemented, while others remain on our roadmap for future development.

The project is developed independently, without external funding. User support helps us cover server and infrastructure costs, keep the service running, and continue its development.

You can support the project with a contribution of $10 or more using one of the following methods:

1/ YooMoney
410012157141647
You can also pay by bank card without having a YooMoney wallet.

2/ VK
Visit our VK community and click the “Support the project” or “VK Donut” button. You can choose either annual support or a one-time contribution.

3/ Telegram
You can support the project through our Telegram channel by using the support option in the pinned message.

4/ WebMoney
Wallet: Z139701206595

5/ Other payment methods
If none of these options works for you, please contact us through Telegram, and we will try to find another suitable payment method (ex. PayPal).

As a thank-you for supporting the project with $10 or more, you will receive:

1/ The ability to create up to 150 sociometric studies per year
2/ An ad-free experience on the website

After supporting the project, please submit a request through your dashboard on our website to activate full access.

We also welcome your ideas and suggestions for improving SocioMatrix.Online. If there is a feature you would like to see or something you think could be improved, please let us know in the appropriate forum topic.

Thank you to everyone who uses SocioMatrix.Online and helps us continue developing the service!

UPD: After 10 years of providing unrestricted access to the service, we introduced a demo mode. New users can now process three sociometric studies for free. After that, supporting the project is required to continue using the service.
